How do I create an account in GlamourFashionFIT store?

To register in our store, just click on the padlock on the menu of the homepage (in the upper right corner). After clicking on the lock icon, the 'Register' option is available. When selecting, the customer is redirected to the registration page where you can complete the account creation form.

Forgot your password?

If you do not remember the password to access our store, you can request an access link to set a new password. Just access the login page and select the 'forgot password'. On the next page you can fill in your email associated with the customer account. You will be sent an email with a link to setup your new password.

How can I place an order?

To place an order, just add the products you want to your shopping cart. As the items are being added, the amount of products is updated. After completing the selection of products, simply click the cart icon to be redirected to the checkout page. Then, simply choose a payment method and a shipping method. To complete your purchase, simply click to confirm purchase and proceed with payment.

What payment methods are available?

In Portugal, the available payment methods are ATM, Payshop, Paypal and Credit / Debit Cards. All payments made via credit / debit card are processed through the Hipay platform. A platform that allows maximum security in transactions and ensures confidentiality of all your personal data. For the rest of Europe, supported methods are Paypal and Credit / Debit Cards. Apart from these, the Hipay platform allows the usage of local payment methods in Belgium, Netherlands, Poland and Italy.

What shipping methods are available?

To Portugal and Spain (Mainland) shipments are made by CTT Expresso. To Spain (Balearic Islands) and the rest of Europe, we use Fedex Express or CTT International.

When can I expect to receive my order?

All orders are delivered, normally within 2 working days after the date of the respective shipping (4 to 6 days to Azores and Madeira). The orders are shipped, during business days, within a maximum of 24H after payment is verified. Orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be shipped the next business day. In individual cases, deliveries may suffer some delay due to stock outs or other external factors.

How to track my shipment?

To Portugal and Spain (Mainland) orders are shipped via CTT Expresso. To Spain (Balearic Islands) and the rest of Europe, the Fedex Express service is used. The client can always track their order on the websites below with the tracking number sent by email (click on the image below):

The product I want is sold out. What should I do?

If you want to purchase a product that is sold out, please contact us via chat or through our contact form. We may indicate the expected date of availability of the product and you may pre-order it. There may be cases of products which are in production anymore.

Can I add more items to my order?

You can add products to your order if it has not been sent. Contact us via chat or via contact form as soon as possible so we can help.

How can I proceed with the exchange of an item?

What are GlamourPoints?

GlamourPoints are points accumulated in every purchase made in our store. The points can be used wholly or partly to deduct on the total amount of a purchase. Each accumulated point equals € 0.05. More information available here.

How to use GlamourPoints?

To use GlamourPoints please enter the checkout page the amount of points you want to use. You can use all or part of the accumulated points. The final purchase amount is automatically updated.

What are discount vouchers?

Discount vouchers are promotional codes that can be used to reduce the final amount of your purchase. Promotional codes can be limited to a product category or a particular brand. Each voucher can only be used once per customer.

How can I use discount vouchers?

To use the discount vouchers, simply enter the code at the checkout page and the final purchase price will be calculated automatically.

I want to cancel an order. Is it possible?

If the order has not been paid can be canceled. If you want to cancel an order, contact us via chat or through the contact form as soon as possible.
