WANT TO HAVE THE PERFECT BOOTY?


We are already thinking about the summer right? Then we have to focus on our goals during our workouts. Either we want get lean or gain muscle mass, we can say all women wish to have the perfect booty!

And yes, it is possible! But to have that round and peachy booty we will need to sweat a lot and focus on our glute workout.


HOW TO GROW GLUTES?


There are several exercises which help to grow the booty and isolate the muscle.

From simple to advanced, the trick is always in the execution (slow and controlled), on the contraction of the muscle and on the constant increasing resistance.


Glutes are just like any other muscle. You need to target them and add a specific booty workout at least once a week. It will be worth it!

And you even need a gym to do that, just use the stairs around you and try to walk 2 steps instead of 1.

But let's go for the exercises! Below you have some exercises to help you to build a rounder and bigger booty.

Remember to train hard and ask for help if necessary! But don´t forget about your glute workout.
